The Commercial Bank of Dubai adopts queue management solution from SEDCO

Dubai, UAE – The Commercial Bank of Dubai has adopted queue management system from SEDCO. The smart queuing system incorporates a "Take a Number" system, providing better management of the crowds of visiting customers. The flexibility of queue management solution allows it to integrate with the bank's backend system. This will enable the administration to measure and assess the quality of the provided services and to enhance service to customers.

Furnished with advanced digital signage, the bank will be able to display promotional content about new products and services, thus increasing sales. The system deploys easy-to-read business monitoring maps. This allows for better performance management of the branches and enables the branch manager to take the necessary action when needed.

SEDCO's queue management solution reduces the service time to customers, optimizes the employees' performance, and helps the bank's management to measure the daily volume of work in the bank and to boost productivity.
