SEDCO Holds Partner Event 2022 in Dubai

SEDCO has recently organized a partner event, held on 21-22 March in Arjaan by Rotana Hotel, Dubai-UAE.

The 2-day event started with a welcome note by SEDCO’s CEO, Majdi Al-Beit Shawish. Several informative sessions were held during the first day by our CEM Director, Hazem Aseer and Presales Leader, Shatha Hamza to highlight the company’s latest products and solutions. An outstanding tech corner demonstrating SEDCO’s latest self-service machines was managed by our Professional Services Manager Osama Aqel, allowing attendees to interact directly with the machines and experience a live demo of the different self-services, queue management and media analytics solutions. After the 1st day sessions, SEDCO’s partners enjoyed the awards ceremony, gala dinner and live oud music to show appreciation to SEDCO’s top-performing partners in 2021.

On the second day of the event, more sessions were conducted including marketing communication channels by our Marketing Manager, Duha Faidi, along with partner enablement and professional services sessions by our Professional Services Director, Nawaf Arafat. The closing was a special session by Fileworx Director, Hani Jaber who demonstrated media management solution for the first time to SEDCO’s partners. During the 2-day event, light sessions were held by our global partners of card issuance printers including Evolis, Entrust ad Matica. The event was winded up with an exciting desert Safari and a tasty dinner in an Arabian restaurant.
