Highlighting SEDCO’s Digital Branch Transformation Experience at Seamless 2022 in KSA

SEDCO participated in Seamless KSA, in its first edition that was held in Riyadh on 2 and 3 November, in cooperation with Evolis- its strategic partner headquartered in France- highlighting together the instant card issuance experience to the financial sector.

During the two-day event, a live demo of  SEDCO's digital branch concept was presented to highlight how a smart queue management system can route banking customers not only to service counters but also to the self-service machines, where the smart kiosks provide 24/7 access to many banking services, such as opening a new account, instant issuance of different types of cards, and currency exchange, providing a great customer experience. 

Commenting on partaking in this exhibition , Nidal Abu Markheirh, Country Manager of SEDCO stated, “We are glad to participate in Seamless KSA 2022, where we had the chance to meet and engage with our customers, partners and the new visitors from the region, as well as introducing our latest digital branch transformation and self service solutions that extend banking hours without expanding their staff and operational costs."
