DATA COLLECTION
We collect information generated when using our services. This includes cookies, access logs, your queue info, transaction info, device type, and your location.
Other types of personal information we collect and store may include your name or alias, your mobile number and any other information you provide when creating your account such as your full Name, Date of Birth, ID Number, Passport Number, Patient Number, and any other data.
Your personal data may be collected in the following ways:

(b) When you use the services we provide through FASTESRV®.
(c) When you contact us for inquiries, complaints, or support.
Other information that we may collect include – but not limited to - usage data, device identifiers for advertising, email address, city, country, company name, and profession.

As FASTSERV a queuing application, the main information that we may share is your queue status to improve your experience. Your privacy is our top priority, therefore all of our service providers and partners must sign our confidentiality agreement.
If FASTSERV® application is acquired by another company, your personal information may be passed to the purchasing company amongst the transferred business assets, which will enable your relationship to continue despite the change of ownership. Your personal information may also be passed with confidentiality to companies with whom SEDCO is negotiating such a sale/merger as part of the verification exercise carried out on SEDCO by the third party.
We may also disclose your information if we are requested to do so either by laws or other legal requirements as reasonably necessary.

Cookies are small data files which are issued to your mobile device when you access FASTSERV application.
