SEDCO introduces latest queue management solutions to Ukrainian Banks at FinRetail 2017

Kiev, Ukraine – As a part of its mission to transform the customer experience to an exceptional level, SEDCO – in cooperation with its strategic partner RENOME SMART – introduced its latest queue management solution at FinRetail 2017, held on 1st December at Depo Conference Hall in Kiev, Ukraine.

A live presentation by SEDCO’s representatives illustrated how implementing the queuing system can transform banks to smart branches and bring them a step closer to the digital world, reducing human effort, while customers can conveniently get self-services.

SEDCO’s CEO, Majdi Al Beit Shawish, highlighted various successful stories from the banking sector in different countries, which exemplified how SEDCO can expand its queue management system according to the diverse cultural, business and customers’ needs.

In parallel, SEDCO’s Business Development Manager at CIS region, Sergey Nadtoka introduced the scent and temperature control device that touches the customers’ sentiments by monitoring the smell and heat inside the branch, which makes customers happy and increases their buying intention.

The presentation was followed by a live demo, which gave the audience the opportunity to interact with SEDCO’s queuing solution that offers convenient customer journeys inside and outside the branches.
